Dricus did not run through Strickland—and a lot of people even thought Sean won their first fight. If Khamzat wasn’t able to just take Dricus down and hold him down for five rounds, do you really think Dricus couldn’t have won that fight? You can make an argument that Khamzat lost to Kamaru Usman—he also went the distance with Gilbert Burns. His wins have not been that impressive. I mean, was anyone really that impressed by the win over Dricus? Dricus wasn’t able to get up—obviously a huge hole in his game was exposed. No one has ever even tried to submit Strickland. If Strickland can stand up and weather the first two rounds, don’t tell me he can’t win. This just feels like one of those fights where everyone is going to be wrong. Remember another time when that happened? Oh yeah, when Strickland put a beatdown on Israel Adesanya.

One of the most disturbing things I’ve seen this week is the apparent glee with which some far-left activists have shared the news that this week’s attacker stabbed a Muslim man as well as two Jewish victims.
