Hey @SP_EnergyPeople on hold after call back a total of 90 mins call back took 1.5 hours assume call centre is now closed. Hanging up. Shocking service. Will call again. Complaint now with ombudsman. As you have sorted this since August. I can’t wait to leave

@lickability Pinpoint seems to have stopped saving screenshots not sure if this is iOS 14.1 or changing to iPhone 12 Pro. Have deleted and reinstalled app and made sure allow all photos is on. Seems to have stopped juts before migration to iPhone 12 and a day after 14.1 came out
