Greg Roman has been Jim Harbaugh’s only OC in the NFL — from San Francisco (2011–14) to the Chargers (2024–25). The 2026 season will be Harbaugh’s first as an NFL head coach without him.

Cardinals: Vance Joseph will get a strong look here, this job will be reacting to and waiting on some of the other dominoes to fall. Ravens: this is the Crown Jewel job of the cycle. Jesse Minter will get a strong look with possibly Kingsbury as OC

I promised you all coaching guesses… Giants: their preferred candidate is John Harbaugh. We will see if they’re able to land him. Others in play would include Stefanski and Vance Joseph if they don’t. Dolphins: Jeff Hafley and Jesse Minter figure to be in play here of Harbaugh goes elsewhere. Titans: Matt Nagy has been the front runner from the job.
