Hey @HighwaysNWEST, why is the variable speed limit set to 60mph on the M56 in both directions when there’s no traffic? Is somebody trying to pay back the cost of the “smart” motorway?

The train I’m on just had a bunch of faults, so they turned the whole train off and back on again to fix it. Name a better piece of advice for fixing something!
