Well well well… common sense prevails and Guernsey keep their rightfully earned home advantage! Glad that this saga can be put to bed now!

So, Nobody could understand why the playoff final was a Sunday now you do as its liberation day in Guernsey today (Saturday), our Ko time was moved to 1:30 pm to enable us getting home on the same day, agreement states 2pm kick off and Guernsey to cover hotel if you can’t get back same day, you can only travel as a group of 25 when it “suits” and now the playoff final is in two weeks time in Guernsey as they couldn’t get Peacheaven over together but offered to split the flights up, I’m sure players staff etc will have holidays booked I know for one if it was us I’d be in Greece, Either way we lost on the pitch fair and square but for me there’s a lot being done to facilitate GFC being in the @TheSCFL I like Tony and the lads so I’m not digging them out here at all but rules should be rules what’s peoples take on it ? 🎪@ibb10show @thesnlfdod

What a shit decision. League are happy to have them and they pay a fortune to accommodate away teams all season but they want to change the rules for the playoffs despite Guernsey finishing in a position which guarantees you a home fixture. Absolute shit show …😡😡

11 years today @HorshamFC. A lots changed; divisions, grounds & grey hair. One thing that hasnt is the great supporters & volunteers. Our amazing players & management teams have made more memories than any club in the same time period deserve huge credit

@hicksydan @trevk37 @Lancing it happens many times in the big leagues sides have double relegations. Clubs hit a downward spiral. Beginning of the season started off so bad and just haven’t recovered. We are not down yet. Many sides in @TheSCFL have been relegated twice. Our supporters been amazing

Hythe officially relegated to SCEFL 1 yesterday. Lancing on the brink of the same in the SCFL. A stark warning to anyone thinking you can drop down into the Counties and just coast along.
