@VirginTrains I use first class services on your trains and flights. This is a joke. I refuse the fine and another ticket. As I said when I pay for first class in the past and was forced to stand in between carriages i said nothing. Now this?!

@VirginTrains paid £200 for a first class ticket missed my train due to delays. Now asked to pay 121.50 for a replacement don't have my card so I'm being fined and billed again. This is amazing 👍

@VirginTrains Which I did at the turnstiles. They allowed me to pass. I waited for the ticket master as the carriages in economy were filled to the brim. How can I walk all the way back to coach C when every standing position was taken?

@adamyousaf In the event you miss a booked train due to a delayed train, you'd need to speak to staff before boarding in order to obtain permission to travel on the next service ^MB

@VirginTrains Yes at the turnstiles they asked to see my ticket I showed it them on the frontline app 2 minutes before this train was due to depart I mentioned it they said speak to the train master.

@VirginTrains First class is also nearly empty. Also your train master is in customer service not a night club bouncer. So standing over me and asking what took me 45 mins on the train to address it isn't helpful. I addressed it with other staff and was told to wait for him to come

@VirginTrains I was delayed twice my connecting train from Four Oaks to new street ran late so I drove as the following train wouldn't get me there in time. I understand your Ts and Vs and the fact this is a pre booked ticket but fines and a replacement ticket. This is a cheaper later train
