@huddybows Same! I am *loving* the Celimax cleansing oil and the Cosrx BHA Blackhead power liquid. Weirdly, the only thing that doesn't seem to work on me is the Numbuzin #3 and it seems to work for everyone else!

“‘Heated Rivalry’ didn’t create Hudson Williams. It just gave the rest of the world a reason to look. [And] the world that didn’t know his name two years ago can’t seem to stop saying it.” - @Medium
“He was already making things. Writing, directing, acting in short films with friends from Langara College, (…) made purely because he couldn’t not make them. The creativity wasn’t something fame unlocked. It was already fully formed, running quietly in the background of a life that had no particular reason to go anywhere extraordinary.”
“What’s quietly remarkable about Hudson Williams is that he never had to negotiate [his] terms. The industry didn’t get to decide whether to bet on him. By the time Hollywood was paying attention, the audience had already decided — and the audience, it turned out, was enormous.”
“He became a global heartthrob and didn’t reinvent himself to match the moment. In a system that usually asks people to choose: be legible to us, or be legible to them, Hudson Williams appears to have simply declined the choice.”
“What he represents, a new kind of Asian male lead, unbeholden to any single cultural template, arrived without permission, is still unfolding.”

New photos of Hudson Williams at the 2026 Canadian Screen Awards in a write up of the Event by the New York Times🏆
“Mr. Williams, who is from British Columbia, has become a global star, and his rapid ascent is seen as evidence of Canada’s hidden gems.”
“A country that doesn’t tell its own stories in its own way is just a market for someone else, and we’re better than that,” said George Stroumboulopoulos, one of the country’s most renowned broadcasters, before presenting the actor Hudson Williams with the award for best lead performer in a drama series, for his portrayal of Shane Hollander in “Heated Rivalry.”

Pride is more than just a colour. It is a reminder that no matter where you are on the queer spectrum, you deserve to exist without apology, and be loved loudly. Hudson showed me what that can look like, and that is why I’m proud to celebrate #PrideWithHudson

Pride is about showing up for our community.
As part of #PrideWithHudson, we're supporting a donation drive for Rainbow Railroad, an organization that helps LGBTQ+ people facing persecution find safety and support around the world.
Through June, donations made to Rainbow Railroad is being matched by a donor, so lets help spread love even further.

Hudson has shown so much authenticity and it’s made me feel more confident in myself. I learned from him that it’s okay to be weird, different, or embarrassing, as long as you’re being true to yourself

💙 Belonging. Hudson's "No matter how alienated you feel, there are loving arms ready to hold you" inspired me. I'm pretty guarded about everything, but have been opening up more to find more connection in my communities. #pridewithHudson
