Weekly RSI shows signs of bullish divergence on the $ADA chart. I think the bottom might be in or very close. We should start seeing a trend reversal in the next few months and start setting higher highs.

@BitPaine Been doing that for years with @aave (borrow usdc / usdt with btc as collateral) & @liqwidfinance (lend usdc / usdt), permissionless on blockchains. Cool advantage: Lended $ can be used to borrow btc & use them as collateral again to borrow more usd (-> leverage)

Let’s say you had $1M $BTC. You move it to Coinbase and borrow $USDC at 4.7%. Borrow $500,000 (50% LTV). Buy $500,000 $STRC at 11.5%. Capture 6.8% spread. ~$2,800 / mo. TAX FREE. Not without risks (DYOR), but I imagine many will do this.

My friend, doesn't matter how you call it. The dividend for STRC is paid by mstr because they calculate with btc going up by around 29% / year. If that doesn't happen, they won't have money to pay dividends. Really recommend you to do some research on the things you invest in & how they work, before you do.

@adasuisse @marc02200 Bitcoin doesn’t produce dividends. That’s the point. It’s not an income-producing asset. It’s a store of value and pristine collateral. If you want cash flow, it has to come from something that actually produces it. Bitcoin just preserves the value behind it.

If you already have around 10 Bitcoins for example, what’s honestly stopping you from putting a few hundred thousand into STRC? I’m not saying go all in or be reckless.But think about it... if Bitcoin is your main store of value, STRC could actually stretch your income and give you real cash flow in the future without having to sell your Bitcoin. For me it would make sense to have Bitcoin as the hard money and something like STRC working on top of it. If you already have a decent Bitcoin stack, what’s holding you back from adding some STRC?

You’re getting at something I’ve been thinking about a lot lately…how to actually use Bitcoin’s value without having to sell it. I hear people talk about using it as collateral and taking loans against it, but the part that always feels glossed over is where the cashflow comes from to service that loan. Relying on price appreciation alone doesn’t feel like a complete answer. What makes more sense to me is pairing it with something that actually produces cashflow so you’re not forced to sell the Bitcoin, but you’re also not just hoping the price goes up. Still thinking through what that looks like in practice, but I do think that’s the direction.
