What's the most valuable non-technical skill you've developed as a developer?

Your platform processes thousands of orders per second. How would you ensure: orders are never lost inventory stays accurate payments don’t double-charge notifications still send even if another service fails

I just remembered when I built a solution for my school omo, the frustration I faced and backlash to the project wasn't as I expected, this made me understand that new systems are not welcomed in this part of the world that much
