The big 3 as they are called have used extreme & toxic competitiveness to stay relevant. The beefs, drama and fake alliances have all been schemes to get ahead. The obsession & fixation with the top 3 hierarchy hasn’t necessarily been good for Afrobeats. Can we move on?

@Shoyebi @egi_nupe Thanks.I agree with you 100%. Coming from a poor home, with an hunger to break free, there is that stage where you have to be laser focused on your success. NO DISTRACTIONS. When you are free, you can free others. I get it. Not everyone will. Our realities are different anyways.

My brother, that’s the reality in most cases. Grace, hardwork and discipline took me out of poverty, at a point, I needed to prioritise myself until can truly support others. Today, I have built and bought houses for my mum and siblings in prime locations in Lagos. Because I now live abroad, most of my siblings now live abroad except for one. My mum and her domestic staffs earn salary from my company every month. She’s now 84 this year. I wish my dad is still alive. But, I needed to survive first! I needed to build myself and grow my business before trying to carry everyone’s weight. Wisdom is the principal thing bro!

What if you don’t end up making it too? What if you die too? If you listen to these guys too much, you will just make your family suffer unnecessarily. Do for your family while you can and you are still alive. Don’t allow any motivational speaker spoil your family.

The Boko Haram crisis is sadly escalating AGAIN in Nigeria. Unsure why. Poor management by the military due to recent reshuffling? Instigated for politic objectives as election draws near? Which ever it is, there’s lesser media coverage and that can be a bad thing.

Nasir El-rufai: King of sensationalism. Absolutely a huge arsenal in the hands of the opposition Government: Guaranteed obsession with regime preservation will be expressed through high-handedness. Everything feels like 2012 - 202015 all over. Curious to see how this ends

It reflects badly on your IQ if you joined the bandwagon calling out @wizkidayo for “insulting Fela”. SEUN, an entitled and envious child is fighting a personal battle by proxy and you have been enlisted as a Zombie in that battle. This hate will consume him ultimately.

Yo @bigbirdkuti You were already doing music long before Big Wiz came into the scene and blew up. The pain you feel now is because u thought you was going to be the one who continued your father’s legacy. Classic case of “THE PRINCE WHO NEVER BECAME KING” 😭😂

His real grouse with Wizkid is this. He can’t live with the fat that he’s the biological son of Fela, yet it’s WIZ that gets compared to Fela. Seun is envious of Wizkid. I see through him. He’s fighting a battle by proxy enlisting unsuspecting Nigerians in his personal battle.

Hot take; @NGSuperEagles will play some good football under Chelle. However, the team may never win trophies. Many fans are okay with that. I am not. Trophies are the reason I watch football, not dribbles. The team needs more depths and talent to achieve both. #NGAMAR

Was that penalty attempt by Brahim a gentle man agreement reached behind the scene to persuade the Senegalese team to return to the pitch and to prevent #Afcon2025 from ending in shame? #SENMAR

@DrJoeAbah @MTNNG It’s very decent and reliable. It’s what I use in my home in Abuja and it’s without a doubt a great bargain. Better than Elon’s in my opinion.

Well, @MTNNG seems serious about this FibreX o. I saw a lady named Shiayet with a flier in my area and asked her whether it is now available here. She said she would come to my street to confirm that the fibre is there. I got a message from her just 10 minutes later that the fibre is indeed in my street. She then sent me a short KYC form on WhatsApp. I filled it and sent it back. In a short while, she gave me an account number to pay into, and I paid. The modem and the installation are free. There is a N25k per month option for households but I chose to go to the higher N45k per month 100 Mbps option. As soon as I paid, I got a call that they would be at my house to install it in the next 30 minutes! Dizzyingly good customer service! 🙌🏽 I hope that the internet is as good as the customer service.

Has anyone tried the MTN FibreX? If so, what has your experience with it been?
