We have heard the not so endearing term “Toxic Culture” thrown around lately. There are many signs of toxic culture around us but here is one that sticks out to Elk Willow. An absence of core values Leave a comment on what you think creates toxic culture in an organization.

It’s elk calving season! What does that mean? From now until the end of June, female elk will display more aggressive behaviours like kicking and charging to protect their young calves. Stay at least 30-metres away, and keep your pets on a leash at all times.
