@airfrance 3 of our bags didn't get loaded on AZ1270 to LIS and now the missing bags claim for is erroring out and the phone line is down so we can't submit a claim. We're flying to the Azores at 2p tomorrow and need our bags to make the 935a flight from CDG to LIS. Please help!

When you're working on a startup, it's quite normal for people to (1) seem unimpressed by what you've built, (2) think your idea is incremental, (3) think someone else is likelier to succeed that's well funded. All you can do is just keep chippin' away. Your day will come.
