This lovely japanese single malt joins the ranks of the @adelphi1826 collection! Distilled at Akkeshi in 2018, this whisky spent three years maturing in a first-fill bourbon barrel before it was bottled up in 2023. A release of 253 bottles.

Tonight’s fine dram : 28 yo Aultmore from @adelphi1826 Dusty on the nose with notes of wet cardboard and candle wax. Fresh and citrusy on the palate. Zingy finish. Quite nice ! Slainte !
