@sarahmaclean Um, so am I? I also hold my drawing pencils like that, and I can actually do fairly decent art, so... I thought it WAS the proper way to hold a pencil.

@tweetlee_dee Yep! They actually just posted the last chapter yesterday, I think. If you like RW&RB, you’ll like it. It’s essentially the plot line, just with David and Patrick. And the rest of the characters in various roles.

I saw the beginning of this 2 days ago & was unsure what to think b/c I have a lot of respect for Tracey & other board members - I didn't want to criticize their decision & was confused by what I was missing. Coming back online today I see this, which says a lot.

Hey, I don’t know if whoever flagged the typos in my ebook thought they were helping, but please don’t do that. That just means there’s a quality warning on Amazon’s sale’s page. It’s super not helpful, particularly when the issue is vernacular English.

One of the reasons I believed in RWA was because I saw how hard my friend, Courtney Milan, worked to push the organization’s inclusiveness. Today, the day before Christmas Eve, RWA notified her they’d agreed with ethics complaints filed against her for calling out racism.

@courtneymilan I figured. After my initial outrage, I laughed it off. But this was a FINAL judge at a publishing house. Thus my choice to go indie.

@courtneymilan I had a judge tell me my heroine was a whore and not worthy of being a heroine bc she slept around at the beginning of the book. 🤷♀️
