27 May 2026: With generous support from the #JohnLyonCharity, Gheez Rite School enjoyed a wonderful family sports and fun day at Kensington Memorial Park, home to the memorial bench honouring our late founder, Abba Kidane Lebasi.

25th May 2026: Congratulations to our Gheez Rite School Football teams, both under 13 & under 10 teams for their great results at the Eritrean 🇪🇷 Independence Day sports event.. Our Under 10’s won First Place 🏆

On 31st Jan, the Gheez Rite School children & parents came together to honour the late Father #Kidane_Lebasi’s memory on the 5th anniversary of his passing. Father Kidane Lebasi was a founder of our School, the 1st Tigrinya and subject support supplementary School in UK.

We had a fantastic day last Saturday celebrating Black History Month #BHM where each Student did a research and explore the lives and legacies of Black historical figures, activists, artists, leaders, sport men & women, and everyday heroes. Empowerment through storytelling. 💙
