What it’s like when my energy slumps after onslaught from the DWP. Am going to bed in my clothes so I don’t have to find the spoons to get dressed in the morning. I have to try to persuade @RBKC to move the old sofa & rug from my flat as I will not be able to do so myself.

@ShalnevaE @NJStreitberger @RBKCMayor Hi Elena. Our parks are cleaned regularly, and any fly-tipped rubbish is removed on a daily basis to help reduce anything that might attract vermin. We also have signage in place asking visitors not to leave food or feed animals.

The rats *have* come. Hyde Park, Holland Park & Scrubs have a full-blown infestation. It's a matter of months before rats roam freely in the streets, like they did in Rio's favelas in the 90s. @RBKC does nothing -- and it's not a hyperbole. In the last 2 yrs, I haven't seen a single "Wrong collection date" stamp affixed to illegally dumped rubbish. Not one. Which means they've given up monitoring. Withholding Council tax payments is an effective way to protest.

@maxine76975519 Hi, thanks, we will forward over to our team to contact the works manager. If the car for sale has paid for a permit and has a right to use the street, what they are doing is lawful, though we appreciate it is frustrating. Will speak to the team to see if there is a resolution.

A full repair could take up to a year, we're hoping it will be open sooner, but we’re putting in a temporary traffic order to cover the worst case. It doesn’t mean the bridge will necessarily be closed that long. It remains open for cyclists & pedestrians. rbkc.gov.uk/newsroom/updat…

@RBKC Your ineptitude knows no bounds. Not only has your town planning portal been down since mid November (three months) but I held 30 minutes to speak with your town planning department and when they finally answered, they pretended they could not hear me. @RBKCMayor @cllrKTS

@FWyhowska Hi. The last principle inspection was in October 2023 and there was an additional inspection in February 2024 where we cleaned pigeon droppings and installed pigeon netting. A General inspection was commissioned for 2025/6 and that's when we found the crack.

@RBKC How long ago was the routine inspection?

Albert Bridge is closed to vehicles but open to pedestrians and cyclists. During a routine inspection, a crack was found in a cast iron component at one of the bridge’s abutments which needs to be fixed.
