@aioannou16@smiledirectclub They have officially went bankrupt and are closing all service. There might be a way to get our money back once the whole thing is finalized. Until then, these thieves are happily destroyed. Who would've thought a business model of scamming people wouldn't of worked!
@angelazzarra@GrinChangers Yeah, they've really screwed me too. If I could go back and choose a competitor I definitely would. I almost never publicly go against a company but the way they've handled my situation is inexcusable.

@GrinChangers WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Been waiting 4 months to even be able to ORDER new retainers after my Initial request. Now my teeth have moved and I need to buy aligners as well. This company is so unreliable!!!
@Hiya_its_Kya@GrinChangers They've done the same exact thing to me. I provided proof of my email support ticket and they told me basically "we don't see it too bad" it's ridiculous. All I want is to pay for what was promised instead of feeling totally screwed over.

@GrinChangers I have sent over 20 emails and called many times without any resolution. I have never received the original plan to this date for which I have paid for but you still steal money from me every month. This company is fraudulent and menacing.
@GrinChangers My aligners were not fitting correctly. I reached out via. email (which I still have saved), they ignored me and 30 days had passed then told me that my smile guarantee was expired. Feeling like a got robbed. Now my teeth have shifted back and they charge me monthly
@ella_hana__@GrinChangers I had a very similar experience. They ignored my emails for support and I waited months until they got back to me. By then my teeth had already shifted and they told me I had to buy a whole new plan. Really got screwed by them. WORST experience I've had
I once won $250K in a give away, when they asked for my ETH address I didn’t give them my address, I gave them my biggest haters ETH address.
Why? Because that way it gives me the motivation to make $251K.
