You see, Chelsea, this is how the law works in most countries. It’s not exactly a mystery. If there are other “victims,” it’s their job to come forward themselves. You don’t get to speak on behalf of someone else, especially when they’re in a completely different country with entirely different laws. I’d expect nothing less than any decent officer giving that exact same advice. And just to be clear, advice isn’t a legal win. It doesn’t mean the police are interested in you, your claims, or your version of events. All it really takes is one genuine victim with actual evidence to create any kind of legal traction. The fact that none of you have managed that against the people you’re complaining about says more than anything else, unless, of course, there’s some groundbreaking evidence you’re all sitting on and just not sharing. Doubt that. So go ahead, file as many reports globally as you like. If law enforcement is doing their job properly, you’ll get the usual, tell the supposed victims to come forward themselves, maybe delete your account, stop engaging, don’t read into it, don’t respond. Standard stuff. They might even check in with the other side because, shockingly, they tend to hear both sides. And more often than not, they’ll just tell everyone involved to get on with their lives. Because here’s the part that seems to get missed, you can’t really claim to be a victim while also actively engaging in the same behavior , spreading hate, or throwing around claims yourself. That’s not how the law works. Hope that helps.
