The award for Outstanding Community Building Effort honors a project or program that substantially contributes to the creation or reinforcement of community. Finalists: Bridge Impact Center, @citycareokc Night Shelter, & PlaceKeepers Real Estate Development Program. #ULIOKimpact

The #ULIOKimpact award for Outstanding Public Initiative honors projects in the public sector that positively contribute to the built environment. Congratulations to: @metrolibraryok’s Belle Isle Library, Cleveland County’s @TheWellOklahoma, & @wstrngatewayes Elementary School.

The #ULIOKimpact award for Large Scale Development will be given to a project over 50,000 square feet that represents responsible land use & effectively contributes to the public realm. 🌆 This year’s award honors: NOUN Hotel, Renaissance Hotel, & Villa Teresa Residences.
