How JWT Authentication actually works : → User logs in with credentials → Server validates & creates a JWT token → Token sent back to client → Client stores it (localStorage / cookie) → Every request sends token in headers → Server verifies signature, not DB lookup → Token expires → user logs out Stateless auth. No session stored. That's the magic.
