@adinde_k yeah the whole day i just have it elevated and when i take a short walk (like to the bathroom and stuff) i wear a brace. especially last night it was just on another level. it's weird cuz i usually find it easy to ignore pain but i couldn't even fall asleep bc of it

anyone have any advice on how to make your ankle hurt less? i’m already taking paracetamol/ibuprofen and i have a really high pain tolerance but it hurts so fucking bad
