@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i have been trying to get 2 more secondary ip tv installed on my number, no one seems to be aware of how to do it, your stores dont seem to know how to add ip tv, no one is helping out neither customer care nor nodal office and even on X

@Airtel_Presence i had also paid for a broadband connection on 16th jan which was cancelled on 18th jan but i have not received the refund back its been almost a month now your executive who came for the connection isnt answering calls

@shadowfax_in @abheshekbansal It is so convenient for them to ask me to keep the shipments at the neighbour’s place if I am not at home but they will not come on the committed date or time. They dont pick calls. Have barred the CC numbers in their block list.
