@Airtel_Presence i had also paid for a broadband connection on 16th jan which was cancelled on 18th jan but i have not received the refund back its been almost a month now your executive who came for the connection isnt answering calls

@shadowfax_in @abheshekbansal It is so convenient for them to ask me to keep the shipments at the neighbour’s place if I am not at home but they will not come on the committed date or time. They dont pick calls. Have barred the CC numbers in their block list.
