It’s like everybody’s sitting around, waiting for someone to save them, but we already been saved.

How much of us truly appreciate the essence of each day.. they're gone so quickly then another one takes its place.

Sometimes I wonder why we have so much technology around us, like what’s the point, maybe were distracted from the things that truly matter that the greatest gifts are inside of us what treasure lies behind our eyes that we are unaware of.

Sadly the pain of regret teaches us more than being able to love in the moment. We get lost in our thoughts and we judge each other always thinking that we still have more time.

People are isolating because of pain locked in their body by people they wanted to love them. They isolate to numb that pain. Please hear me me I say there are people who will love you in the ways you’ve needed. It’s fine to take breaks, but safe people are key for healing.
