Passed the 111 mile mark on my walk from Lands’ End to John o’ Groats for the Motor Neurone Disease Association and Birmingham City Foundation. Had to get a pic in the blues shirt as I passed it, unfortunately I’ve got a rednose not a bluenose at the moment 😆

This time next week I’ll be starting a 1200+ mile hike from Lands End to John o’ Groats for the @mndassoc and @BCFC_Foundation in memory of my grandad who passed away last year.

Our England flag was stolen at Wembley last night. Photo was taken before the game (2nd shows a smaller version for reference). Flag is taken home and away to all England games and was planned to be taken to Germany next week. Please share and if you know anything let me know.
