@adl_pg It’s the reason I use ‘strength training,’ as it clearly indicates that we are actively trying to build and maintain muscle strength. In my experience, messages like ‘move more’ are too vague and not helpful when we are trying to encourage adherence to the strength guidelines

150 minutes of moderate or vigorous physical activity per week can help significantly reduce health issues. How much is enough? This will look different for everybody. Moderate means that you won’t be able to sing while you’re doing it. Vigorous means you won’t be able to talk.
