Whilst @WordPress is so desperate to dunk @wpengine in public like a child, I have a challenge. My @wpengine account is up for renewal. I have around $6k p/a, 100 sites and 400gb of storage to migrate. Sell me your equivalent service or better with a solid plan on how migration will happen.

i made enough money in 2026 for the next two years, so i can completely take them off and be fine however i keep griding 12+ hrs per day including saturdays because this and next year are the last ones that you can make meaningful money with software

@AdmireTheWeb @marckohlbrugge Fair, not a bot though. Bandsintown and Ticketmaster both have public APIs for gig data. That's the actual blocker - worth solving if you want to revive it.

I recently stepped down as CEO of @ScrapingBee . @PierreDeWulf and I started ScrapingBee in 2019. We were two engineers with no network, no funding, and honestly no idea what we were doing on the business side. Fast forward to 2025: @Oxylabs_io acquires us. I stay on to help with the transition, and what was supposed to be "just a transition year" turned into one of the best learning experience in my career. Working inside a 500+ person organization taught me things I couldn't have learned running a 6 person team: ✅How to navigate complex decision-making across departments ✅ How to implement the right metrics to have a better view of the business (hello KPI meetings) and act on it. ✅ How to let go of control (still working on this one) and hire/delegate I'm grateful for every bit of it. To the Oxylabs team who welcomed us, to @PierreDeWulf who's been the best co-founder anyone could ask for, and to every ScrapingBee customer and team member who made the ride unforgettable. ScrapingBee is now in great hands with @staskarolis 🔥 Moving forward I will still be involved as an advisor. So here's what's next: I'm acquiring SaaS companies. @briancoords @onuro This would actually be a great quick win. Dashicons is very dated. However i can imagine a ton of themes and plugins have a dependency for it.

What would the WordPress navigation look like if we ditched Dashicons and used the modern WordPress icon set? I let Claude Code and the Playwright MCP rip for a few minutes and it looks pretty good! h/t @onuro for the idea
