Backstory : December 2025 was one of the craziest months in my 20+ years of living . Spairally was already buzzing and I had attracted interested investors and an Asian - American co-founder ; a Harvard graduate. A perfect co-founder . One running an ITAR approved chip making defense company in California , with meetings with Elon and Jensen - and US airforce - that was exactly the right co-founder for Spairally . My co-founder would make Spairally a unicorn in the shortest time possible . He had all the connections needed to make it happen . We even got interested Swedish investors in a day or so . I mean ... By 15th December , we were in the final talks with our lead investor and looking at a $750k pre-seed ( just waiting for a term-sheet ) . And then ... a second partner got in . A lady , with past experience in defense . Served as a civilian in Germany , and the husband served in the American army - but is somehow a defense contractor now . Long story short - chaos erupted . And I ended up letting go of my co-founder , the lead investor and this new lady investor . Things were moving so fast - for me , for my business , dreams and goals . One minute everything was okay . I had cracked funding , defense connections in the market I was eyeing and had cracked distribution . Then I lost it all at once - before christmas . I didn't know where to start from . Picking up the pieces of what was left of the Spairally I had envisioned was maddening . I stayed in denial , numb and manic . I decided to make Spairally exist anyway . I didn't have money . So I sold household items and incorporated Spairally in Delaware . The rest paid my December rent . In the loneliness , disbelief and shock that I couldn't process , I took scissors and cut off my braids . One by one . Till I was bald . Yet , I still didn't feel a thing . I was too numb . I was so numb . II needed to feel something . I started walking . 5km , 10 , 20 - I kept going . I walked , and walked till I felt tired . Then I broke down. I booked the next available train to coast . To go and think about things. Stayed in a student hostel , spent my days staring at the sea - for 5 days ! Then I decided to launch anyway . Spairally was not ready . The models were just POC . Hardware needed money I did not have . We didn't have a product . And I was the only one to make things happen . I had 9 days - to fix the detection pipeline from the app , to the backend , all the way to the AI models for inferencing . I was the designer , the engineer , the researcher , the DevOPs , the QA , the marketer , the sales 😂 . Then we launched on 15th January . With one feature pipeline . A dollar for every download meant Spairally would be able to sustain itself . Then users came : from Kenya , USA , Qatar , UAE , India , UK , South Africa - and Netherlands . They paid the dollar , downloaded the app - and gave feedback I reiterated on . I was homeless at this point (I still am ) . But four months later and 26 releases on our version 1 - we are funded . We are scaling . I am putting up a team , launching on iOS , releasing the first hardware prototype in the next few weeks , and getting traction with our product ( road to 1000 users ) And , I have started braiding my hair again !

Not to sound delusional, but please pray for grace. Life isn't really about hard work. It's more about meeting the right people, grace, mercy, and favour.
