@virginmedia I've been waiting 5 weeks for your next level of support to look into it. I think I'll have to seriously rethink whether to use you: if you can't get a simple onboarding process to work. Cityfibre are literally installing in my street as I type

@adq_uk Hi adq_uk. Sorry to hear of the login issue you're facing currently, Have you registered the email address used before with any accounts you had with us in the past, perhaps? From the error you're getting it seems the password you've created is not meeting our requirements? ^AG

@virginmedia It is now the fifth week since I tried to sign up for your ebilling. I still can't due to a "you can't use that password" error. Your support staff can't do it either (though they've tried their best!). What are you doing to fix this?

@virginmedia No. This is a new email. No password works. Your support people have confirmed that cannot get it to work either. This is getting ridiculous!!!
