@greateranglia I can’t seem to buy any tickets on the app, I can’t seem to log in. Ie this a national problem? My email and password are correct, and it won’t let me redo the password anyway.

@greateranglia That doesn’t work either. I can’t log in wit known (and not hacked as far as i know) username/password. I also can’t request a new password. Clearly something is awry. I managed to buy a daily ticket last night on the app. Tonight the app/website are not allowing me to log in.

@Richard16815219 @FirstEssex I was and no I didn’t spot any “controllers”, the only first bus employees were drivers having a smoke next to the no smoking signs…

@adrian_tuff @FirstEssex Were you at Chelmsford bus station? Following my repeated complaints about this issue, First Essex have supposedly appointed a "Bus Station Controller" to inform and advise customers. I have seen no evidence of that at all and obviously the problem is continuing.

@FirstEssex any idea where the 18:10 371 is from Chelmsford bus station? 371’s have a habit of appearing on the timetable but never actually turning up

@Richard16815219 @FirstEssex Completely agree. I was at the stand and couldn’t see the bus. It wouldn’t take much for the bus to drive round and wave at the customers standing at the correct bus stop. As said it shouldn’t be on the customer to spot something is not aligned to the timetable.

@FirstEssex @adrian_tuff How many more times do I need to raise this issue? It should not be up to customers to walk around trying to find their bus! If a bus is not going to depart from its stand, the driver and/or a First Essex manager (are there any?) should inform and advise customers! Simple!
