I’ll adore any song where her voice sounds like a steel guitar. The bridge is a masterclass on how an artist can take simple lyrics and use their voice to paint the prettiest picture for listeners. Conveying emotion is what distinguishes her from her peers and to deliver 2:18-2:45 in the manner in which she did is what is missing from the current country music scene. No one can do a ballad like @Reba can. #OneNightInTulsa

Getting to hear new music monthly via a capsule that will have a playlist accompanying it to give insight into what “era” it would belong to based on production, lyrics, sound, etc., is such a unique way to introduce new music but pay homage to her older music. I look forward to hearing these new songs and seeing which era they belong to. As fans, we’ve always had fun drawing our own parallels and placing new songs to their respective album families. I’m excited to see these new songs through @reba’s lens. 🥺

@jwebster83 You and I probs share similar thoughts on what we look for in our fave songs (WINE besties🤞🏽), ONIT just has *it* for me. The emotional delivery, the ballad sound she’s built her entire career around, and lyrics. Will buy all the 7 in vinyls, hats, and buttons for its success. 🫡

This song could easily get to #1 on iTunes and get her back (in some capacity) on the charts, expanding her length. With her fan base up by millions since STTT in 2019 (peaked at #4), it could, in my opinion, easily debut at #1 giving her a #1 album in five different decades. 🤞🏼
