Customer experience is always a focus for good marketers & businesses. Every time I’m @Eurostar in gare du nord it surprises me how poor the experience is. Missed opportunity especially considering how expensive it is to travel with them.

Pamela Anderson doc on Netflix is excellent. Strength, vulnerability, humour, she laid bare everything and the result was compelling. Her diaries would also be a heart-rending read, given the excerpts. Also a reminder that the 90s was gutter toxic for female icons
