Crying for years about a dictatorship that never manifests must be tiring. Please note that had there been any intention to hide the instructions to purchase The devices, the Minister would not have done so in writing. The Head of the Agency was still the procuring authority in this case. The securing of the items was done due to demands and the emergency flexibility allows for this. If you think that as Minister and joint head of a recovery task force, I didnt need to do so, then maybe the devices should have been procured before. Many jumped on SM and lambasted the state of unreadiness of the very state agency that you now claim should have been left to work at their own pace in an emergency situation. Please familiarize yourself with the checks and balances that exist before making any silly pronouncements.
