Aandeelhouders $COFB die stukken niet hebben aangeboden, zullen na de fusie automatisch & volgens de ruilverhouding omgezet worden in $AED
Anders dan bij klassiek overnamebod komt er dus GEEN heropening v bod of squeeze-outprocedure

In June 2025, Aedifica NV/SA and Cofinimmo NV/SA reached an agreement to create a leading healthcare REIT in Europe. The combination of both companies is being realised through a voluntary and conditional exchange offer for all Cofinimmo shares launched by Aedifica, that took place between 30.01.2026 and 02.03.2026. The results of this initial acceptance period are as follows:
- During the initial acceptance period, 30,312,595 Cofinimmo shares have been tendered to the exchange offer;
- Aedifica will own 79.57% of the shares in Cofinimmo and confirmed that the conditions precedent to the offer have been fulfilled and that the offer has become unconditional;
- The settlement payment of the new Aedifica shares is expected to take place on 10.03.2026;
- Aedifica will not reopen the exchange offer.
