Installing Linux software is about to get a lot more… GAY. Bazaar, a new App store for GNOME, includes the ability to change the theme of the Progress Bar, which displays as you are installing new software. But, here’s the fun part, the ONLY themes made available are LGBTQ Pride Flags. That’s right. Trans Pride. Lesbian Pride. And even, not joking, Aromantic Pride (that’s a real thing). If you’re thinking, “but… I’m straight… what flag do I pick?” You don’t. No special progress bar theme for you. Bazaar is gaining traction among many of the movers and shakers of the Linux world (and adoption among several GNOME-focused distributions is ramping up). Which means, in the months ahead, you can enjoy the thrill of installing Linux software in the gayest way possible. github.com/kolunmi/bazaar This LGBTQ+ Pride Flag Progress Bar Theme UI was designed by Sam Hewitt, a UI designer for GNOME and part of the Bazaar team. github.com/kolunmi/bazaar…
