@bedsux Actually yes and it’s backed by science. The more consistent you are with not filling your stomach it shrinks. I don’t get hungry like i used to and it’s a lot easier to lose weight
@mattysnowpuff No fat gain… but maybe try regulating this by getting in proper nutrients EVERY day. When i starved for some days and binged for others i lost 12 lbs in 2 months but when i was consistent i lost another 30
@unicornlord94 2 things. Either it’s a plateau or ur miscalculating. If it’s a plateau just up your caloric intake by 200 or so for 2 weeks and go back down slowly. If you’re miscalculating just try your best to track calories accurately
@hrtshapeglasses no like my ugw used to be 140lbs… i hit 145 last week and just stood there because i still feel big and ik that 5 lbs lost doesn’t mean shit on me… im 5’10 btw. I think that i’ll be happy when i get to 130 but who fucking knows
