Brexit rant: our latest hire is based in Spain. Pre-Brexit this would've been no issue at all - dead simple. Now? Absolute horror show that means that unless we open a new business in Spain just to employ 2 people, our latest hire has to be freelance. Load of old shite.

It's wild to think that 10 years ago I was unemployed, on welfare (& in a council-provided home), suffering from (what I now realise was) crippling depression (stemming from a traumatic upbringing) with zero aspiration to achieve anything. Now I work in music. I've come far 😅
