@fieldystick Powerwise is a disaster waiting to happen. To think people don't like the RPI...just wait
English

Passing something along. Do with it what you will.
Powerwise calculations are unofficial & courtesy of @laxreference. Powerwise has Harvard as clearly in the field, which is not shown here.
I might share more years later, but here's this one while it is still fresh on the mind.

English

@College_Crosse Straightforward except for 8th. Cornell in top 5 gives PSU a second top 5 win, but it will still be a not straight be straightforward debate imo. I lean PSU gets it, but reasonable minds can disagree
English

@College_Crosse Think this became out of date a few seconds after they aired it. UVA and Hop just switched spots again
English

@laxreference Think something is off with your numbers for Hop there
English

@fieldystick I'd put them 7 ahead of Cornell, too. Not biased at all
English

@aepstein Agreed! I looked at it yesterday afternoon, and I was thinking 8 seed. There's really not much of a sensible argument for Duke being seeded over Hop right now. 😃
English

@fieldystick @College_Crosse I have a hard time seeing how they don't get at minimum two at-large berths. Provided no BE/PL/A10 bid steals, smart money is still on 4 ACCs, 2 B1Gs, 1 Ivy, with the last spot likely between a 2nd Ivy (Harvard) and a 3rd B1G (or 5th ACC, if UVA figures it out).

@terpslax1991 @danarestia @PremierLacrosse No, he did not play most of last year at attack. He played midfield for the first 12/14 games before moving to attack for the last two due to injuries. Also Leo is not "outproducing" him: Collison has more points per game over the last three years
English

@aepstein @danarestia @PremierLacrosse Last 3 yr’s points Plunkett 124, Leo 108, Collison 101. Collison played most of last year at A, so many more opportunities. Those guys are behind him in the rankings but are out producing him….proving my point. Collison’s rep outpaces the results. Good player but overrated
English

Don't overthink it. The best bet in the 2026 PLL draft class is a clear one. That kid in Cuse is a no brainer. After that, there's midfield and D help abound. Here's the first edition of the 2026 @PremierLacrosse Draft Big Board.

English

@terpslax1991 @danarestia @PremierLacrosse He averaged more points per game than Leo and Plunkett last year. Palumbo averaged less than half a point per game more in a much better offense. The small differences in production aren't very significant, especially without context
English

@danarestia @PremierLacrosse Collison is a good player with great size & some skill but at some point production matters & he doesn’t always produce. He averages 2 points a game. He’s a good player but I think I like the other middies 2-5 better. I think he ends up in 2/3 round
English

@fieldystick The T5 win over UNC could still be seen as a "differentiator" vs. a 9-6 Cuse team (assuming their ND win is T10 but not T5). But...it's a stretch without those two T20 wins as extra ammo
English

@aepstein Nailed it. Army's at large case is in big trouble if Georgetown and Towson win their respective AQs.
English

@fieldystick If UNC loses their next two, and Army loses in the PL tourney, and the final at-large comes down to a UNC team that's like 9 or 10 in RPI vs. an Army team that's ~12, what do you think happens? I realize this is an extreme hypothetical
English

Sixth Draft Bracketology. Cornell/OSU/PSU lock in. Travel is a mess with this current set of teams... this was the best I could do. It feels like the bracket is solidifying & at-larges are probably set so long as no major upsets in B1G/IL/PL tourneys. One of ACC#4/Harvard (cont.)
