@viveespo 11kg. Came out of a binge cycle and due to circumstances i became incredibly depressed. I basically had 0 appetite and had to be forced to eat even a little bit. The weight came off fast and i think my stomach really shrank cus when i ate again, i couldn't eat like before.

Ppl underestimate just how little skinny ppl eat. They do not regularly eat 3 meals, it’s one meal a day and maybe a couple snacks. And if they do eat a lot, it’s like every once in a while.

To draw a metaphor, the full army arrives to go to war, but the war path to the enemy base is clear, so the army can overrun the base with max force.

Not feeling skinny enough to recover (to me), is about hoping you can recover into a body that is still smaller than average. Like you can gain weight, simply climb out of the 'severely underweight' category and maintain it. But, let's be honest, we know that isn't true recovery.

Lock in protocol- reduce hunger and go into an extended fast: Week 1: 1 tsp psyllium husk in water before every meal OR 1 tbsp in the morning Week 2: Hunger is reduced atp, transition to extended fasting. Zero cal drinks allowed. Electrolytes in the morning + afternoon.
