one thing my ED psychiatrist taught me to recover and cope is to shift my attention from my body to something else. i focused more on my hair. i tried different hairstyles, i colored it, i shifted my attention towardS my hair where i no longer hyperfixate about my ED.

i no longer binge, i stopped counting calories, i exercise for different purpose, ieat healthy and nice foods, i fixed broken relationships, i gained friends, i became socially active, i laughed more, i was glowing, i was really really happy— there is hope btw 😺
