@Booze_Fags_Mags Hi, due to licencing agreements BBC channels can only be viewed when using an Irish IP address and some broadband providers use non Irish IP addresses as part of their address pools. If you drop a quick email to support@aertv.ie the team can help get this resolved for you, thanks

@OrlieeM Hi Orla, apologies for the issues you're experiencing. I'd recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app from the LG app store on your TV menu and if needed check the settings and make sure you're using the latest firmware for the Smart TV OS

@aertv my aerTv app is frozen on the TV like this and I cannot unfreeze it. Have tried turning it off/on. Have been having a lot of trouble with the app over the past week. Any ideas?
