January met me with a set back that stopped my motion temporarily. I welcome the stillness, the rest and the reset it has provided me.

A hard lesson I learned last year is that trying to build, without community, is poverty. We need each other, we need partnership, we need support. You don’t have to do it alone. 🧊✨

Self-Control: The ability to manage one’s thoughts actions and emotions to achieve goals, resist temptation, and make better decisions. 🧊✨

My words for 2025 🧊✨

Self-Discipline: To train oneself to do something in a controlled and habitual way. 🧊✨

Sound Mind: 2 Timothy 1:7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline. 🧊✨

The beginning is the most important part… 🧊✨
