I was wondering why I was absolutely suffering whilst staying indoors even after showering off the pollen and I asked my dad is the blanket I’m using clean and he’s like yeah, then I ask did you hang dry outside and he said yes and I’m like Ah…. It’s a pollen filled blanket!!!!!

Going through this recent Final Fantasy kick has me going down a small rabbit hole of checking out old, long-dead fan sites I used to hang out on years ago. I hung out in the forums of this sit for years in the 2000s and still keep in touch with some of the people from there.

@sherlock_hulmes Well done and best of luck - I really struggled with the reality that I had a mental health issue for a while (given that I provided pastoral support for vulnerable people for years in my job!). 8 months down the line and I feel better than I’ve felt in a long time!

Sent out my first enquiry about getting some therapy/counselling sessions. Bit scary/nervous but needs to be done. Mental Health is no joke. You can think someone is secure, confident, happy, successful, etc. But you never know what's going on in their life or in their head. 💖

I recorded a video of myself doing squats last night to see if the audio catches how crunchy my knees are. It does. And it sounds even worse!

@keekal_aretia Do it! I did some art workshops for adults and kids at work and it totally got me in the mood to do more painting. I didn’t quite make inktober (started late and MCM) but a self imposed challenge really helped me get back on it!

I’m putting it out into the universe. By the end of next year I will have completed my two dnd projects that as of yet I have only sat and dreamed about. 💪🏼 LET’S DO THIS.
