I don’t know that it was. It just all happened at relatively the same time. We heard a boom and sirens. But it seems it may not be. The outage began at 10 and I think by 10 the shooter was already dead. We were all just confused and in shock to be honest. Thanks for the question though and for being kind!

Authorities say eight children were killed in a “domestic disturbance" in Shreveport, Louisiana. The victims ranging in age from one to 14 years old. The shooting occurred around 6 a.m. on Sunday, according to Shreveport Police Chief. He said a total of 10 people shot.
