I have 250+hrs done 4/6 vaults. Yesterday was awful. 2 of the runs doing the last vaults I needed with 30 seconds b4 final exfil <5 seconds left in our exfil whole team just gets deleted before we even hit the ground. They didn’t care about getting out just killing others trying to lol I guess if they’ve run out of things to do I get it but still frustrating

Cryo Archive feels genuinely oppressive right now. I don't know how they fix this but the matchmaking seems so out of control for higher season level people. Yes "git gud", "its endgame" etc etc but these are the sorts of things that make the potentially long term Marathon players (and therefore customers) fall off hard. Right now its just teams of hardcore players running around with the sole objective of stopping people from actually experiencing the vaults and then the compiler. I don't think the actual map and its AI need to be changed but something about the matchmaking has to. If they want to keep people hooked, they need to feel that the complier kill is achievable because right now its miserable for many who aren't playing this game for 8 hours a day. No I don't think a PvE version is the answer at all. I know both @Skarrow9 and @RyGilliam touched on this as well in their own tweets and videos. Hope Bungie can pull something off here.

Hide your Holotag in ranked, you can always go back to grab it before the run is done. This way if you die and someone on the squad manages to survive, losing your ability to gain elo or break even upon exfil isn’t off the table.

@tacotimmer Had a 3 way fight earlier between all gold/purples between main dorms roof, back dorms roof and orientation roof. Went on for like 5 minutes. Never had even been on back dorms roof in 240hrs.

Outpost ranked had a fantastic flow to it. It felt great with no free kit burgers, every team being an actual lethal threat. Lots of creative fights in weird locations that I've never had before. We used up a massive amount of time each match as well, often taking final. 10/10

@Forcer69 Feels like post level 100 for me 90% of cryo lobbies are gold shields and I either get killed by this gun or hear it destroying someone through the wall to control lmao

Genuinely curious; How often are y’all running into people with this? I’m about lvl80 with 120hrs and I don’t even think I’ve seen 5-10 players with gold items. What evil matchmaking are y’all dealing with?

@Protostar I told him I was sorry. Walked for about 30 seconds and saw another rook and killed him with it. Just had to make sure it counted. Finally got the title tho lol

Whoever @ bungie decided to make "get a precision kill as rook with a sniper" one of the challenges to complete the zonewarden title is an absolute sadist Found ONE sniper on outpost in like 2.5 hours of runs grabbing keys for armouries and it was with nobody at final exfil 😭
