Your first post won’t be great. Your first offer won’t be great. Your first ebook won’t be great. Your first pitch won’t be great. Your first anything will likely suck. But you don’t get to the 100th without creating the first.

Eventually if you want to do crazy enough things you must either expand your understanding and develop something that no longer resembles a human brain, or return to a more primal human state of “faith”. In which you do not understand how you did the thing, you only understand that you did do it, and if you want, you can do it again.

I've been to China twice because our marketing outpaced our supply chain. This taught me something that Silicon Valley is just learning now: Marketing is the highest leverage function in any business. And nobody has truly automated it. Everyone's automating the easy parts. Writing copy. Scheduling posts. The $60K/year work. We automated the actual multi-6 figure salary work. The strategy, the decisions, the parts that actually move revenue Not a chatbot you prompt for ideas. A system that researches your market, builds the strategy, produces the creative, deploys it across every ad platform, reads the data, and adjusts. Autonomously. We called it Peerless, and it's already generated over $7M in revenue.

marketing used to be the laughing stock of silicon valley engineers we're at the top of the hierarchy, the most in demand i studied computer science at university for this very reason, to make it in SV but it's now the age of ai i think marketers will have the last laugh

@tristanduke225 Mind-blowing! Replaced the entire marketing team with AI and scaled from $0 to $3M/month in 6 months. Peerless is showing what the future of performance marketing looks like.

While everyone's arguing about whether paid media works Here's what happened when we removed the humans from our marketing team and let an AI run it. CMO, Media Buyer, Creative Strategist, Copywriter, production team, Editor, Graphic Designer 6 figures of monthly payroll All replaced by an End to End agentic system. $0 -> $3M/Month in 6 months Humans do paid media manually, slowly, and with the wrong data. My cofounders and I are performance marketers. We scaled this brand ourselves first manually, then we encoded everything we know into an autonomous system called Peerless. The system now does what we did. Faster. Better. Without us. Peerless has generated $7.7M in total revenue already. And we're just getting started. Human marketing teams are a depreciating asset. Every month you run one is a month your competitor is running this. What's your team's excuse?

The #3 and #5 moves are straight editing superpowers. Ruthless yap-cutting usually gives me the biggest retention jump (often +15–30% AVD in the first pass), and restructuring weak explanations into punchier angles is what turns “informative” into “can’t-stop-watching”. 9.2× in 8 hours is insane — respect What of the win do you think came purely from pacing/structure vs thumbnail iteration? Option 2 – Short+punchy (good when you want quick likes/replies) As an editor this hurts to admit but yeah… 3 out of the 5 wins are literally just better editing disguised as “strategy” Cut the yap + fix structure = cheat code. 9.2× is wild. Congrats to the clien

We 9.2x'd a YouTuber's views in 8 hours. The result? 203k view average instead of ~22k. Here's the strategy we used:
