@studio_daddy I did Thai satay chicken skewers (coconut milk, red chili paste, turmeric, lemongrass shallot, ginger, garlic marinade) on the grill (hickory) with a chickpea Mediterranean salad with feta, cucumber, heirloom tomato, shallot, kalmata olives.

Currently prepping to steam mussels and clams with a side of saffron pearl cous cous and asparagus (and grill a steak for my daughter, rare)

@studio_daddy Context or set and setting are everything with regional foods. Like a 2am dollar slice while bar hopping in the lower east side hits different than the same exact pizza in your living room in concord at 7pm.
