I commend JAMB for their great improvements in releasing results faster than usual. That’s within 24hrs after the exam.
This is how it should be. Our feedbacks last year were truly considered.
The few results I have seen so far is quite impressive and the lowest of them is 303.
I hope the rest of the exams will be seamless and the students affected by some CBT centers issues will be assisted.

JAMB RELEASES RESULTS OF FIRST 632,788 CANDIDATES; THREE IN CUSTODY
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has released the results of 632,788 candidates who sat for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) on Thursday, April 16, 2026.
JAMB’s Public Communication Advisor, Dr. Fabian Benjamin, in a statement, says the released results are now available for viewing.
Candidates can only view their results for now, as printing is not yet available.
The statement discloses that two candidates and one parent are currently in custody for allegedly engaging in result falsification using artificial intelligence and other electronic means.
It warns that any candidate found culpable will face the full consequences of the law.
The Board Assures that the examination is ongoing and that results will continue to be released as they become available.
To check their results, candidates are to send “UTMERESULT” via SMS to 55019 or 66019 using the same phone number used during registration.
