Why is it that majority of Nigeria's security infrastructures are densely cited in Northern Nigeria?

You know nothing about the socio-dynamics of South West (Yorubaland).
2011-2015, Ajimobi, Amosun, Aregbesola, Raji Fashola were all Governors in the South West and all the mentioned were Muslims. No one from the south west saw it as anything to worry about. 2015-2019, 4 of the 6 SW Governors were also Muslims.
The next set of Governors in Ogun, Lagos, Oyo will be Muslims and we will not have any issue.

The only reason why you hear the vein talk that “Southwest has religious tolerance” myriad of bullshit is because the Muslims are systematically oppressed, and their docile nature is making them not challenge this discrimination even when they have the numbers, the day they say enough is when you’ll actually know what they’re going through. We were born and bred there and we know fr a fact that from the man on the street, their institutions to the civil servants to the political office holders are discriminated. As we speak, in the whole of Southwest you have only one Muslim governor.

I saw pictures of a man who allegedly killed his mother because she refused to give him money to travel abroad. He reportedly pushed her downstairs and she died from the fall.
This reminded me of a friend I visited a few days ago. He was the last son of his mother, and she recently passed away after an illness. I visited him to condole and sympathize with him and his family.
That night, we slept in the same room. Around 2 a.m., he woke up and prayed two raka’at before going back to bed. Before he slept, I heard him crying because he missed his mother. This is a man with five children, yet he cried deeply over the loss of his mother.
I did not know what to say to him that night because he thought I was asleep, so I decided to let him cry and pour out his emotions. Maybe it gave him some relief.
Sadly, somewhere else, someone took away his own mother’s life with his bare hands.
SubhanAllah. May Allah grant her paradise and grant us all a good ending.
