I contacted the parks and rec center to get these, which handles the cities tree removal. Electric companies, arborist, and other tree removal businesses are great places to source free or cheap woodchips for many landscaping projects.

An NGO that teaches you how to shape and cut timber frames like these houses (you get to pick your and customize your design from a catalog), then puts it as a flatpack together with roof tiles on a tram car out to a prepared location where you put your building up in little town groupings with other young people. You add the infill and interiors as you like and then lime-wash it in any of the colors on the approved palette.
Lots randomly assigned. Could be a nice adventure. Start life without a mortgage and in a house that can grow with you and your family.

Looks like we got a non-partisan vote out of Senate Banking with the BRCA still intact. I'm thrilled. The last minute compromise reflects Coin Center's analysis from last January, there were some steps forward since then and then back but we are feeling very comfortable.

🚨NEW: Another one that stands out from @SenJackReed: An amendment that “prohibits crypto from being used as legal tender, for example, to pay taxes.” I think @Rep_Davidson introduced a bill to do that very thing (pay taxes) with $BTC last year. Also, more than 40 amendments from @SenWarren, one that would prevent the Federal Reserve from issuing master accounts to crypto companies.

News: Sen. Kennedy tells Semafor he will vote for the crypto market structure bill tomorrow in Banking Committee, meaning it will get out of committee regardless of what Dems do. More TK
- He says he has a deal with Chairman Scott on "creating fiduciary duty for people within the crypto world” and adding his Build Now Act housing bill with Sen. Warren
- He met with President Trump on Monday about the Road to Housing bill: "He's agreed to try to help with the overall housing bill with the couple of House members who are holding it up”
- He says he’ll listen to Dem crypto amendments tomorrow but “I'm told there won't be an ethics provision. The chairman doesn't believe we have jurisdiction.” Still says it’s important and might get added on the Senate floor
