Update: Update 7/3 ar 2:30: I-70 West is closed at mm 228 (Georgetown). All westbound traffic caught in the queue between mm 228 & 218 is being diverted around the crash to get through the Eisenhower Tunnel. Once the westbound traffic queue is cleared, eastbound is expected to reopen. Westbound will remain closed for an extended period.

Happening Now: Preliminary info indicates a multi-vehicle crash has resulted in a vehicle fire on I-70 West at mile marker 218. I-70 is currently closed in both directions. Expect an extended closure of at least I-70 westbound.

@agentkyle Totally understand the frustration - wait times can vary depending on the number of tickets in the queue, and the number of agents working at one time. Unfortunately, I don't have an ETA that I can share. But our agents are working as quickly as possible to get to your request!

@discord_support Had a ticket open with you guys for nearly four weeks with no response despite asking for updates. Opened a second ticket for the issue last week and that *also* has no reply. Is anyone working support for you guys or should I just give up at this point?
